1. The prize competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s suppliers, any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize competition, and their respective families or agents. The Promoter may require any participant to provide proof of eligibility to enter the competition.
2. To enter, participants must follow instructions given on post.
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, malfunctions, hardware or software failures, or network/server issues.
4. The competition winner will be randomly selected.
5. The prize is subject to availability and must be chosen from in-stock items.
6. The winner will be notified by @petslovescruffs via Direct Message on Instagram or via Facebook message and must confirm within 7 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
7. The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the winner is unable to claim the prize.
8. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
9. The prize is supplied by Scruffs®, Richecopains Distribution Limited, 2 Brindley Road, Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 9HQ.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary.
11. Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed as per the Promoter's Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the use of submitted content by Scruffs on social, email, and web platforms.

1. Discount codes are available to individuals aged 18 and over. Codes can only be redeemed on the official Scruffs website (www.petslovescruffs.com) unless otherwise stated. Codes are valid for one-time use per customer unless specified as multi-use.
2. Discount codes apply only to eligible items as specified in the promotion and may exclude specific product ranges or items already discounted. Codes cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless stated.
3. Each discount code has an expiration date or limited promotional period as specified in the promotional materials. Discount codes cannot be used after the expiration date.
4. Discount codes are non-transferable and hold no cash value. They may not be sold, exchanged, or refunded for cash.
5. Only one discount code can be used per transaction unless stated otherwise. Scruffs reserves the right to limit usage to one code per customer or household.
6. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion began. Scruffs reserves the right to adjust any pricing errors that may occur during the discount period.
7. Scruffs reserves the right to cancel or amend any discount code or promotion without prior notice, including in cases where a code is misused or suspected of fraudulent activity.
8. If items purchased using a discount code are returned, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount was applied. Replacements or exchanges are subject to stock availability, and the discount cannot be transferred to a new order.
9. By using a Scruffs discount code, you agree to these terms and conditions as well as any additional terms provided at the time of the promotion. Scruffs reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice.

11. When shopping online at www.petslovescruffs.com, the Discount Code must be added to checkout before you complete your order. Discounts can unfortunately not be added subsequently.

13. We reserve the right to remove Discount Codes any time, and should circumstances require it (i.e. no stock).
14. Black Friday 2024 - The code is valid from Friday 29th November until Monday 2nd December. There is a minimum spend of £40 for the code to discount your basket. Delivery and postal charges will still be applicable after the Discount Code has been used. Discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other codes.

1. From time to time we may offer promotions on www.petslovescruffs.com, in the form of Bundles.
2. When shopping online at www.petslovescruffs.com, the Bundle must be added to cart and checkout before you complete your order. Discounts through a bundle purchase can unfortunately not be added subsequently. 
3. Bundles are applicable only to the products within the Bundle.
4. Delivery and postal charged will still be applicable. 
5. We reserve the right to remove Bundles any time, and should circumstances require it (i.e. no stock).
6. All Bundles are subject to stock availability and may end before the advertised end date, subject to Clause 5 and/or stock availability.
7. Unless stated otherwise, Bundles cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
8. If you wish to return for a refund, please note that all items in the bundle should be returned.
